An Amarillo, Texas, family escaped without serious injury after natural gas caused their home to explode, according to an article by KFDA News 10. Firefighters say natural gas pooled underneath the home in the 1400 block of Northeast 16th for quite some time before the explosion. One of the occupants, the father, was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries and two others were not injured.
